PARTIAL EAST WING BUYOUT
Interior or Patio

Our glass enclosed (seasonally heated) East Wing is a perfect space for birthday parties, cocktail events, or casual dinners.

We also have a covered (mostly weatherproof ) patio space that can be rented for the same hourly rental fee.

Full East Wing Buyout 

For larger events, the combined indoor-outdoor space of the full East Wing is a perfect option for events up to 120 guests. Great for birthday parties, cocktail events, or casual dinners. The glass folding doors from the interior East Wing can open up into the patio space.

  • Full East Wing capacity increases to 120 standing room (indoor/outdoor)
    Patio is enclosed and heated during winter months + walls open (roof covered) during spring and summer

  • OCT-APRIL $600 per hour rental fee

  • MAY-SEPT $700 per hour rental fee

*Please note, we’re not booking daytime events on the wknd, during our peak summer season May-September.

Full Buyout 

Whether you’re planning a corporate holiday event, birthday celebration, or cocktail party our space can transform into the perfect space to host your guests. Open Bar and Catering is available. In warmer months, the sliding glass doors can open to the patio.

fAQs

  • We cannot host events on the park lawn (outside) our Parkhouse patio area

  • Outside alcohol is not permitted

  • The Parkhouse must close at 1 AM—event bookings wrap at 12:30 AM

  • Outside catering is permitted pending fees to close our onsite vendor(s) and/or rent out the kitchen

  • A bar on consumption is available but may require a min. spend (dependent on day/month)

  • You can bring in your own DJ or Band

  • During our peak summer season (May-Sept), we are not booking daytime events on the weekend

  • Due to our venue limitations, we are not hosting wedding day ceremonies, receptions, or parties. We do happily host pre-wedding welcome events the night prior!

  • All full buyouts (closure to the public) require approval from the NYC Parks Department and have restrictions attached. Please inquire about availability.
